The Classic Chevrolet Body Shop has had my vehicle now for 17 MONTHS—Since December 2021, and it is April 26, 2023. It has still yet to be returned to my possession. The entire process has been very disappointing and extremely frustrating. I have been through THREE (3) body shop managers and FOUR (4) "advisors" during this ordeal. I have had to be the one who reaches out to Classic for status updates. Not once has anyone voluntarily reached out to update me. Any updates provided have been a result of me prompting them, and it usually takes 2 to 3 emails and maybe a voice message or two to get updates. More
