Tooky truck in for service. Explained some minor repair concerns to Whitney. Truck has a warranty. Which were NOT repaired. Noticed an oil leak after service. Called service dept & explained again to different person. They'd check into it. Called me back & was told everything was within spec. Asked to speak to manager. I was transferred to a voicemail. Left a message & have NEVER heard back from anyone. Apparently if you're in management you don't have to return a call from a customer. I've heard bad things about this service dept in the past. Would NOT recommend More

Love the car I got but wish the repairs that were needed were handled better. Dropped off he car the be repaired and it wasn't fixed at all. They sold me a new car that has stalled 3 times because of the transmission. The power steering also turned off causing no control over the vehicle. Classic chevy took way to long to fix the car took about 2 weeks before the car was even looked at also had to call every couple of days for an update because they didn't bother call me for an update also c 2 weeks before the car was even looked at also had to call every couple of days for an update because they didn't bother call me for an update also complained about exhaust noise they said that the couldn't find anything wrong i looked myself when i got home and found 2 loose bolts. Also had oil change done and they didn't clean up their oil mess when they were done. The car is a 2023 and only had 8k on it feel like the car should be treated with better care More
