When I drove up the service rep was rude and had me move my car out/ the lane next to me the car pulled right where I was and the rep took care of them. I have bought 8 cars from classic and thinking about leaving after 17 years old only buying from classic. More

Frankly, this service visit was pretty disappointing. I should not have to provide instruction on the proper installation of wheels on a dually. The wheels were installed incorrectly necessitating a lengthy delay while the tech corrected the issue. The state inspection paperwork should be in the vehicle. The fuel filter was changed but the DIC indicator was not reset (the oil filter indicator was reset). I do not understand what service procedure required changing the settings on my radio. The tech should be servicing the truck not listening to tunes. Perhaps the shop supervisor (or some other qualified individual) should spend more time on QC and training. That would reduce the amount of rework thus speeding the flow through the bays and everyone have shorter wait times. More

To be charged 3% to pay with a credit card is enough to make me not want to use this dealership for service. It’s one thing to pass the credit card through fee to me, which is frustrating by itself, but t make me not want to use this dealership for service.
