I have had issues with having phone calls returned. This has happened more than once. Otherwise, always friendly service. Last trip, issue was not resolved. Called and left a message. Disorganized. Told me recalls would take all day, took 2 hours, so scheduled rides I didn't have could have just waited. Also had to request my battery change sticker from previous warranty bolt battery change that no one seemed to know about, until I asked. Never would have had proof that my battery had been fixed if I hadn't asked! More
