Disorganized. Told me recalls would take all day, took 2 hours, so scheduled rides I didn't have could have just waited. Because of all this took over 30 minutes to pick up my car. Ordered the wrong additional part I asked for. Had to make another trip to pick it up a few days later. Just too much hassle for simple recalls and a small plastic part! Also had to request my battery change sticker from previous warranty bolt battery change that no one seemed to know about, until I asked. Never would have had proof that my battery had been fixed if I hadn't asked! More
