I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Ordered spark plugs for my 2021 chevy equinox. Spent four hours on the phone telling them they sent wrong part. These guys in parts department have no clue what they are doing. No refund they just sent exchanged for right part. But I had to buy yesterday at auto zone just so I could get to work. I guess I have spark plugs for the future. I took my High Country in for it's first oil change, primarily because they said they would do it for free. Took about an hour and a half, as I had called it in prior to me getting there. My repair was flawless, thorough, detailed and seemless. I did not have to point out any details. Brian and his team thought of the little things that I would not have thought of like touch ups and a needed tire shield that I had forgotten about. I am almost in disbelief how new my 8 year old van looks again. I cannot find any overspray anywhere and all the new paint matches the existing paint!!!! It is really a blessing!! When I first saw my van, I thought they inadvertently painted it "super white" bc the paint was so flawless and new but it's really my Blizzard White Pearl - the original metallic "white" color! I enjoyed meeting Crystal at the front desk, talking to Heather and Giovanni (driver who dropped me off and picked me up) and a few others there - all kind and caring people.
