Services and financing I recently bought a vehicle from this place and the experience was not what it is meant to be. One person will say one thing the other person(s) not I recently bought a vehicle from this place and the experience was not what it is meant to be. One person will say one thing the other person(s) not really like to help. I understand people have a job but when working in a industry like sales, you need to stay true to your word not pass someone off just because it’s not your area. It took over 2 months to get my title, I’ve had to call multiple people multiple times every time I’d call I’d get hung up on, the employees at classic Chevrolet of Owasso do not have their crap together especially the financial department. I will not recommend anybody to buy here. Sales are important they are based off knowledge, experience and quality, this place DOES NOT show or express any of it. More

I arrived at the dealership around 10 am July 11th and finally signed paperwork around 4 pm. I didn't see what had happened to me until I went to get the car licensed and then it was like a bad nightmare. I have the sticker off the window it states 15,195 as the price and not 16,195 like what was on the contract. I spoke with Bruce Graham about the price and was told sometimes the price of the vehicles go up if they didn't we wouldn't make any money. He says other than that how do you like your new car and I say I love it except I dont have cruise control and he says we can install that for you for about 500 dollars. At this point I am so angry as well to see an additional 2000 dollars for an extended warranty that I wouldn't have agreed to so I got the cheap car roll up windows no cruise control no power locks but for the extra they nailed me with I could have got the car that had all of the options I wanted. I thought since I was a returning Customer that they would have my interest in mind but I was so wrong. So just a word of advice to anyone that might shop there bring your own financing and if you use their financial services make sure to take your time and go over every little number!(UPDATE) I recently spoke to a representative from the newly owned Classic Chevrolet and they are going above and beyond to try make my car buying experience a good one and one that will make them my dealer to buy vehicles in the future!!! More
BAIT AND SWITCH, BUYER BEWARE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS! BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS! Buyer beware, I would not trust anything this dealership tells you. They post great prices on the CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS! BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS! Buyer beware, I would not trust anything this dealership tells you. They post great prices on their website with no intention of selling the vehicle for this price. I gave the dealership every opportunity to tell me the price was not legitimate. We were told we would walk out of the dealership with that price. After driving 2 hours, was told there is no way I was buying the vehicle at that price and that it was a mistake they had recently learned of and that the person doing the website had been fired. Funny how the vehicle is still listed at the same bait and switch price on the website a day later. When I confronted the sales manager about this and mentioned I might take this to the media, he scoffed and said they have five dealerships and spend $1M a month on advertising, thus they own the news stations. He said the news stations would just laugh at me. These are the types of people you will be trusting your car purchase with at this dealership. More
