Purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Classic. All was smooth through the purchase process. Then comes getting the repairs done. I called my salesman Monday morning, after several days of it being in serv smooth through the purchase process. Then comes getting the repairs done. I called my salesman Monday morning, after several days of it being in service, saying I was going to pickup up the vehicle Tuesday around 11-12. I get about 20 minutes from the dealership after a 2 1/2 hour drive and get a call saying it’s not ready. A whole day wasted and time off from work, along with 2 tanks of gas wasted and a couple toll fees. After some back and forth we decide to deliver the vehicle back to me (which is not what I originally wanted) and they assure me it will be detailed and perfect. Well it shows up muddy and the inside (main concern) was not detailed as it should be. The listing states it came with 4 headsets. Those were not in the vehicle when it was delivered. The dealership sent over 2 head sets right away and tell me they are ordering the other 2. We get those today and they are cheap knock offs that won’t sync to our vehicle. We spent a lot of money to purchase this vehicle and the excitement was ruined. We were assured by the sales manger the vehicle will be perfect coming out of service. So far I’ve had to have an alignment (new tires installed per we owe) because vehicle was pulling bad, tires were not balanced properly, and a couple hundred bucks having it detailed. This should not be the case when you spend $72k on a vehicle. If you do business with them make sure everything is in tip top shape before leaving. More
This has been the worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. I sold my truck to them and they've had it for a total of 16 days and I still have not received my payment. The manager that I've been told to call has not answered his phone on multiple occasions even with people telling me they will go directly to him to get him to call me. I have had to borrow a family members vehicle for the time being which also inconveniences them. I will never work with this dealership again. More
Passing through Owasso but from Jenks, I stopped in at classic Chevrolet just to look at paint colors and advised the sales person I was already planning to buy a truck from another dealer. Totally unfazed, Miss Stephanie Powers was extremely helpful taking her valuable time to walk me around the lot to show me the colors I was seeking even when no sale opportunity was implied. THAT kind of service attitude makes a salesperson very memorable and makes ME want to send her referrals. Thank you Ms Powers I WILL keep your card handy! More
