Your nightmare "car salesmen". They blow off customers after the sale. I contacted Classic FOUR TIMES to simply retrieve Classic's service and inspection record on the used Rav4 I They blow off customers after the sale. I contacted Classic FOUR TIMES to simply retrieve Classic's service and inspection record on the used Rav4 I bought there. A sales person responded ready to sell me a new car. He had not read my email and wasn't listening even on the phone. Eventually, he transferred me to SERVICE, where two more people said they found the service record and would email it to me. Three more tries to get a service record. Nothing. An uncaring after sale experience shows their true colors. Avoid. More
