The dealership is beautiful and has a excellent waiting area for your car during service and John is not your stereotype salesman. I was able to buy my last two Equinox's by checking the web site and talking to John over the phone. I have had faith with him to be honest with me as I was with him. I bought my car without even seeing it, he held it for me while I decided what to do, and he held it for me until I was able to pick it up. When I picked it up it was spotless and John spent a great deal of time showing me how everything works. He was very patient with me. More
