Our son purchased his first car here. It had some difficulties almost immediately, but Classic made it right at no cost to us. If I could give negative stars I would. I took my car in for a check engine light multiple times only for it to come right back on again. The service manager assured me that he would have I took my car in for a check engine light multiple times only for it to come right back on again. The service manager assured me that he would have my car looked up and down until it was fixed. They had my car for a week. Long story short the service manager lied to me. The service representatives lied to me. When I left my check engine light came right back on. The service manager refused to refund me the diagnostic fee even though my car was never fixed. I asked them to repair my air conditioning. It still didn't work after that week either. GM also said they would not reimburse me as they don't reimburse for dealerships. I'm never going there again.
