Had a crack in my dash after the work was completed and have worked now for several days with both the service advisor and service manager to get this resolved. Their only solution is for me to purchase a "discounted" new dash from them! So, I have a defective airbag in my vehicle (not my fault), you crack my dashboard when you fix it (not my fault), and the only solution offered is for me to pay $450 for a new dashboard. What a racket! I will also point out that I had to point out the crack - they let me drive off - AND they originally denied it was their fault. There are many other choices in the DFW area - I do NOT recommend this service department. More
They play the whole "oh its sold" game "let me show you something else" The truck is sitting there but they are holding it for someone who hasn't made a deposit and wont be there for 4 days. I drove 100 miles to buy it and even though they. showed it to me (I even took pics of it), they still wanted to play games with me and tell me stories. More
You just don’t find places like this anymore. From top to bottom they truly are all about happy customers! I flew from California and drove back. Once home I had a couple of issues that could not be resolved. The Classics team, Brad, Billy, Todd, Zach did their best to resolve the situation but unfortunately I ended up returning the vehicle. They said, “we want happy customers no matter what.... If you are not happy bring the truck back.” Very transparent and trustworthy. I would recommend everyone give them a shot at your business if you are in the market for a Chevy or Cadillac. I have no doubt that they will treat you like family. We had a major breach in privacy and it caused a lot of extra stress on our vacation. Beware your vehicle here has a GPS device on it that was added it this dealership, they try to sell it to you but we declined. They said they would remove it. We paid in full for our vehicle and the full GPS tracker was left in it with only 2 wires cut. The unit was still working and caused our vehicle to be disabled on our road trip in Colorado. The dealership agreed to reimburse us but it is very dishonest to place a tracking device on personal property no longer property of the dealership. Our vehicle was registered over a month ago and still no plates. They use an excuse of Covid-19 but I actually know they were registered and sent a long time ago. We called the dealership and still nothing. I am so fed up i filed a complaint with the state today. More
