I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from dealerships throughout my lifetime. It’s a task that’s usually a very unpleasant experience. For the most part the salesman couldn’t care less about me or my family. After a long battle of wits and negotiations with the salesman and the invisible manager I usually manage to leave with an okay deal but have little or no energy left to enjoy my new vehicle. With all that being said, let me tell you about Juan Tapia at Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine. My wife and I arrived at the dealership after business hours to look at SUVs without being accosted by salesmen. We saw Juan in a vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. He said he was getting ready to make a video of it for another customer. When we told him we were interested he got out handed us the keys and told us to feel free to drive it around the lot and take all the time we needed. After our inspection we located him and said we were very interested. He said he would hold it for us until we could come back when the dealership was open the next day. No paperwork, no qualifying questions, no nonsense, just a man giving us his word. He gave us his card and thanked us for stopping by. The next day he let us test drive again and he made a list of items that we wanted fixed. He never pressured us or played any of the usual games. He personally took the vehicle to each department and inspected their work. Every item on the list was completed to perfection because of his attention to detail. There were no long waits, no grueling negotiations, just a simple straightforward deal. Juan is a gentleman and man of his word. It was so refreshing to deal with a man of this caliber. We were treated like VIPs and through his actions he demonstrated that he truly cares about people not a sales ticket. He has earned my respect and made me a customer of his for life. We are absolutely delighted with our new (pre-owned) SUV. Thank you Juan! More

Took my 2018 Chevy Tahoe in for a transmission slipping problem. Kept my Tahoe for over 2 weeks, didn’t status the problem and didn’t return phone calls after we called Alan Garza 4 days in a row. Also, gave me a loaner with a leak in the tire and said to come in and we will fix the leak but will take 2-3 hours because we are so busy. Seriously, who has time for that??? I even asked for a Suv loaner and they told me that they come in on Fridays and would call me when one came in. That was a lie too. They sold all their loaner suvs. Finally, I got so angry I called the Service Manager Adam Kemper. He proceeded to tell me that my Tahoe had been ready for 3 days and no one called to tell me. Said there was not a problem with transmission, so I demanded my truck back and said I would take it somewhere else. The absolute worst service we have ever experienced and will NEVER go back or recommend them to anyone. More
One word - outstanding - worked with Kevin Gooding in the purchase of a 2003 Corvette with 89k - the entire transaction was very - very smooth. I already had financing in place.- thus - after a few calls / txt's / emails - I was driving home in the Corvette. Post sale - sadly - I discovered a slight issue with the Corvette & Kevin was extremely willing to help. The Corvette - being as old & with that many miles on it - could have been presented a little bit better - considering the premium price attached to the purchase - however - overall - the vehicle was VERY clean - which.- is almost impossible to find - most older Corvette's - sadly - have been put through the grinder & the ones which come to market are either complete basket cases - or - have been in several accidents - thus - this Corvette was a rare gem to find. Classic Chevy - overall - have impressed me. This isn't my first rodeo with purchasing a vehicle in the greater DFW area & I've been through several other dealerships whom say the are a step beyond - only to fall flat on their faces & deliver nothing but frustration & lies. Classic Chevy is NOT one of these dealerships - I've had several experiences with their service department / parts department & now their used car department - EVER part of Classic is FIRST rate - VERY well done Classic Chevy & extra kudos / shoutout to Kevin Gooding !!! More
Angel is an Angel! Should not have tried Saturday oil change and basic new car services. Then went to the services department that is closed on Saturday. Service Advisor was right there got me checked change and basic new car services. Then went to the services department that is closed on Saturday. Service Advisor was right there got me checked in and under 45 minutes all services oh yes and washed oh yes and paid out. Cashier was extremely polite. Best cooperation I have ever experienced from any dealership. I now know buying from Classic was the right choice. More

Had a crack in my dash after the work was completed and have worked now for several days with both the service advisor and service manager to get this resolved. Their only solution is for me to purchase a "discounted" new dash from them! So, I have a defective airbag in my vehicle (not my fault), you crack my dashboard when you fix it (not my fault), and the only solution offered is for me to pay $450 for a new dashboard. What a racket! I will also point out that I had to point out the crack - they let me drive off - AND they originally denied it was their fault. There are many other choices in the DFW area - I do NOT recommend this service department. More

You just don’t find places like this anymore. From top to bottom they truly are all about happy customers! I flew from California and drove back. Once home I had a couple of issues that could not be resolved. The Classics team, Brad, Billy, Todd, Zach did their best to resolve the situation but unfortunately I ended up returning the vehicle. They said, “we want happy customers no matter what.... If you are not happy bring the truck back.” Very transparent and trustworthy. I would recommend everyone give them a shot at your business if you are in the market for a Chevy or Cadillac. I have no doubt that they will treat you like family. Brad especially did a fantastic job from start to finish. Thank you Classic Chevrolet! More
