Very frustrating to find where to check in. Cars parked going the wrong way in the door that says "enter". Very little signage. Like "Check In Here" for service. Wish all the check warning light reminders had been reset. Check Coolant etc. Was in for Oil Change, fuel filter etc. seems reasonable. coolant would have been checked especially with reminder light on. Greg Spears More

After receiving, almost no communication from our sales person throughout the ordering process, we were then delivered a brand new car with an enormous deep scratch on the hood that they proceeded to blame person throughout the ordering process, we were then delivered a brand new car with an enormous deep scratch on the hood that they proceeded to blame on us even though we noticed it the day after delivery. They now expect us to drive it all the way back to the dealership to get it fixed instead of coming and picking it up when this is nothing that we did. More

I had plans that evening that had to be cancelled because of the wait time. You need more people in finance. Especially when you are running specials. More
