Chris was really cool. Easy to talk with and patient with us. We had no intention of making a purchase on that day......but Chri made everything fall in place for us. The only negative we have is NOT about the dealership or it's staff......it's the lack of written instructions on various features of the vehicle. I enjoyed the buying experience, especially dealing with Austin, UNTIL I had to deal With finance. That person was rude, and berated my choices of financing (I obtained outside financing through my credit Austin, UNTIL I had to deal With finance.
