Chris was really cool. Easy to talk with and patient with us. We had no intention of making a purchase on that day......but Chri made everything fall in place for us. The only negative we have is NOT about the dealership or it's staff......it's the lack of written instructions on various features of the vehicle. Even as of now......we still haven't figured out how to program the garage door opener and can't find easy to follow instructions. But we enjoied our experience at Classic of Grapevine. I enjoyed the buying experience, especially dealing with Austin, UNTIL I had to deal With finance. That person was rude, and berated my choices of financing (I obtained outside financing through my credit Austin, UNTIL I had to deal With finance. I left there pissed off at his attitude when I should have been happy. Austin, my sales person, was excellent!!! More

This dealership is a disaster to deal with. The sales person was rude, pushy and couldn't provide accurate information. Financing was upset because I wanted to use my credit union instead of their financing options and tried to push me to accept a higher interest rate. After numerous issues being brought up to their sales manager Hank, we came to a deal, then he text me back saying the vehicle was no longer available, after promising to hold it for me to get my financing information back from my credit union - all within 10 minutes. Buying a car is stressful enough, but then to work with a dealership like this made it even worse. Save yourself the headache and problems - find a different dealership! More
