The first impression was good, I was rushed through the buying process because the dealership was closing. The salesman never went over the vehicle option and features until i came back on the following da buying process because the dealership was closing. The salesman never went over the vehicle option and features until i came back on the following day. I was told we could setup my Chevrolet app & go over vehicle operations then. I returned to the dealership the following day to drop off 2nd key to my trade in and was only showed how to setup my Chevrolet app. I then ask for help in turning side mirror notification and how to program my garage door and was informed at that time my vehicle did not have either feature. The night before the salesman said I had those features and would go over them with me the following day. That never happened and I had to figure all other operations out on my own .Very disappointed More
