Had previously brought my new truck in for its first maintenance service. Gordon Mallet was service advisor. I showed him a couple of items that I thought needed to be repaired under warranty. He said h maintenance service. Gordon Mallet was service advisor. I showed him a couple of items that I thought needed to be repaired under warranty. He said he would check into those items while the truck was being serviced. When maintenance service was finished, Gordon said he had already ordered the parts that I pointed out needing repair, and he would call me when they arrived to schedule the repairs. He called within about a week and we scheduled for a time to bring the truck in. I brought the truck in at the scheduled time and the repairs were done in a little over two hours. Gordon was very helpful, and he gets a 5-star rating from me. More
