On November 14, I took my VW that I bought on Chevrolet Sugar Land, for oil change and rotations, since they sold me a package for thee services. On November 16, the car started leaking oil, I took it to t Sugar Land, for oil change and rotations, since they sold me a package for thee services. On November 16, the car started leaking oil, I took it to the VW dealership for fixing and they told me that the Chevy technician overtightened the plug and damaged it, causing it to leak. Had to pay for everything incluiding cleaning and new oil change. Fast forward to July 31st, I took the car for oil change and tire rotation again, and 3 days after, it starts to leak again, I am guessing they overtightened it again. And also didnt do rotation because they didnt find the wheel lock, but the tires have no wheel locks installed. More

I took my car in tfor servicing because I was receiving an error message to Service suspension system. I made the appointment with Mr. Hoth last week for today at 10 o’clock. Within minutes of arriving at the service department there it was night and day difference from the facility in Katy. Was met with a smile and a firm handshake from Mr. Hoth who introduced me to Mr. Sanchez, who was equally courteous and eager to help. They kept every promise they made and kept me posted every step of the way. Service was completed before the estimated time I was given, which goes to what you and I were talking about: under promising and over serving. Mr. Sanchez then introduced me to April to whom I was going to be remitting payment. She was also very kind and courteous and very professional. When I went out to pick up my vehicle, Mr. Hoth was there waiting for me to make sure everything went well. This is five star, white glove service. More
