My 2023 trailblazer stopped, and need a battery charge. My son gave me a charge too to Auto Zone was told should have factory warranty. I made appointment with ClassicElite had to rescheduled could not take off from work. It stop again at the traffic light. this time lights were flashing, so I had it towed . The next day I called to checked on the car, it was assigned to Raphfael said my daughter had to be at dealer ship to catch shuttle to work. No way to get to dealership, so had to find a way to work. Had to call and check status, did not received a call. When I called 3:30 was told assigned to tech..call back at 4:00 the cost 370.00. I asked about warranty said I needed to check with place I purchased the battery. Explained I purchased it with my car from Classic. He put me on hold, and came back stating 36000 mile warranty. I did not purchase the battery, I paid the 179.00 diagnostic fee, and left. This is my third vehicle purchased at Classic, and expected better customer service. I did asked to speak with Raphael manager but the young lady put me on external hold. More
