I don’t think I’ll be going back to this dealership for service, I was given the run around all day, a recall that was supposed to take four hrs took eleven hrs, The service managers or that that’s in cont service, I was given the run around all day, a recall that was supposed to take four hrs took eleven hrs, The service managers or that that’s in contact with you had no clue what time they would finish, I took my car in at 7:00 am and was surprised they had a shuttle to take me home and would pick me up after the service was done, well that didn’t work out and I had to Uber over barely in time before they close, the service guy call and said my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes, I said great and could send the shuttle, his reply was the shuttle has stopped running for today, fortunately I was able to find a Uber in my area to make it on time, although they said they would reburse me for the Uber, but that’s a wait to be seen thing, the guy told me that when I come in for a oil change they would detail my, but most dealerships was your car away, so I’m wondering what was that about More
