Upon returning on same day after the new battery was installed, the service advisor(s) assisted Chris to help get this resolved via normal measures, by acknowledging the service tech failed in resetting the engine monitor which the service advisors did themselves. However, I had to return the next day due to the “service engine” light came on again. This time a different service tech checked the installation and discovered one wire was not reconnected to the new battery. It was reconnected and so far, the problem appeared to be resolved. My advice to service tech is; “Fix once, and check TWICE!”
