I was there before they open at 630am to get my oil changed, tires rotated and have them do a software update. Apparently there is some issues with opening the garage doors and they had to use a forkli changed, tires rotated and have them do a software update. Apparently there is some issues with opening the garage doors and they had to use a forklift to open the door and then a scissor lift. There was one vehicle there earlier than I was. Once the garage doors was lifted by the forklift they moved the scissor lift over the where I was trying to drive in. They let the Neville beside me go in and let everyone else who was behind go in ahead of me even though I was there earlier then they were! There was 1 vehicle ahead of me and now there were 8 vehicles ahead of me. Needless to say I was pissed because I had left my house at 530am and drove an hour to get my vehicle serviced quickly and instead had their guys move all those vehicles ahead of me. Total xx!! More

Came in for oil change all points check. ERIC was great. Met me when I arrived. Let me know that I was due for some additional services but did not pressure me told him I would have those do ERIC was great. Met me when I arrived.
