NO COMPREN EN ESTE LUGAR!! POR FAVOR 🙏 No gaste su tiempo y su dinero con personal que solamente le mentirán para vender. Mi esposo y yo compramos un Cadillac xt5 usado y cuando les preguntamos si pod tiempo y su dinero con personal que solamente le mentirán para vender. Mi esposo y yo compramos un Cadillac xt5 usado y cuando les preguntamos si podían arreglarle unos pequeños detalles estuvieron de acuerdo y dijeron CLARO QUE SI!!! Pero después de firmar no cumplieron nada. Tuvieron el carro por una semana y no lo estregaron igual solamente nos estuvieron mintiéndo toda esa semana haciéndonos creer que lo estaban arreglando. Cuando finalmente supuestamente estaba listo fuimos por el y al darnos cuenta de el engaño quisimos regresar el vehículo porque sentimos que se burlaron de nosotros. Salió un manager que ni se presentó ni su nombre nos dio diciendo que solamente teníamos la opción de cambiar el vehículo si queríamos. Y Por supuesto que mi esposo no quiere volver a tratar con estas personas nunca más! Por eso no pasen por la misma mala experiencia que nosotros busquen un dealer donde si Sean honestos y si no piensan ayudarlos mejor lo digan antes de firmar cualquier cosa. Ohh y todavía estamos esperando los tapetes de el vehículo que supuestamente el manager prometió que el personalmente los hiba a ordenar y mandárnoslos a nuestra casa 🤷‍♀️ Donde están?
