Great experience with Roberto in sales! Unfortunately, for the dealership, the online price suddenly went up $1300 when we arrived to look at the truck. Communicating with Kristen is simple and enjoyable. She responds quickly and is very informative. She's very knowledgeable with the Chevrolet brand and explains things very well. She also has a great working relationship with other sales associates and the members in the finance department. One thing that I like about Kristen is that she isn't pushy and she lets you talk, listens to what your needs are, what you are looking for and takes that into consideration.
