Ishel and Carlos were very professional, accommodating, and they know how to take care of their customers. They turned a stressful event to a wonderful experience. and they know how to take care of their customers. They turned a stressful event to a wonderful experience. More
Scratched my vehicle when it was being serviced and did not repaint. They just buffed out scratches and clay barred the vehicle. Will never return to this dealership. not repaint. They just buffed out scratches and clay barred the vehicle. Will never return to this dealership. More
Parts and service dept They refuse to cut keys that you bring in saying that they machine will tare up the key to get you to buy a key from them.... if this is true put my key in the machine after explaini bring in saying that they machine will tare up the key to get you to buy a key from them.... if this is true put my key in the machine after explaining this to me and let me see the machine tare up my key. just to show you how dumb they are because the people wont buy your key you turn them away when you have the customer in front of you and you say we charge $5 to cut keys that we dont sell you. Think about that $5 times the people yall have turned away because they didnt buy your key. I purchased a key from a chevy deanship and took it to my local dealership which was "Classic Chevy" and they refused to cut it. These people are trained to be bull-headed and not use their common sense and blame it on a higher up that aint there or a higher up thats dumb enough to back them up and not think, LETS CUT THAT KEY AND MAKE THAT $5 per key and at the end of the day the company makes money. I wear a body cam so I have the encounter on video. I never made it to the counter there were 5 people in front of me and 2 of those people needed keys cut with I cut into the conversation with the man behind the counter and a could have been customer get turned away because he wouldn't buy their key. When the man behind the counter said that their machine would tare up the key if its not purchased from them..... Think about how dumb he sound. What is the different metals they make these keys out of? I will be back in there on Monday to take up this conversation again and I will be recording The reason I am giving the management dept a 1 star is because they are goin g to sugar coat and lie and back up the service dept just as they did More
I regret to say that my recent experience at Classic Chevrolet Sugarland was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the entire process left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon enteri Chevrolet Sugarland was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the entire process left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the dealership, I was met with a lack of professionalism and a disinterested attitude from the staff. It seemed as though they were more focused on their own conversations than assisting customers. The initial impression was far from welcoming, which set a negative tone for the rest of my visit. The sales team at Classic Chevrolet Sugarland] demonstrated a lack of knowledge and expertise. They seemed uninformed about the vehicles in their inventory and were unable to answer basic questions about features, specifications, and pricing. It was evident that they had not taken the time to familiarize themselves with the products they were selling. Furthermore, the negotiation process was frustrating and unproductive. The salesperson I dealt with was pushy and unwilling to consider my budget constraints. They attempted to upsell me on unnecessary add-ons and features, disregarding my preferences and needs. The lack of transparency during the negotiation left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Even after finalizing the deal, the dealership's customer service continued to disappoint. The promised post-purchase support was virtually non-existent. When I reached out with concerns and questions, my inquiries were met with delayed responses or completely ignored. It was evident that once they had made the sale, they were no longer interested in providing any form of assistance. In conclusion, my experience at Classic Chevrolet Sugarland was far from satisfactory. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and transparency, coupled with poor customer service, left me with a negative impression of the dealership. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternative options before choosing to do business with Classic Chevrolet Sugarland. Sincerely, A Disappointed Buyer Additionally, The sales person told me nothing about the car or put gas in my vehicle. I only live 30 minutes away from the dealership and I had to full my talk from empty on my first trip home from the dealership. Never in my life have I experienced anything like it. More
