Scheduled our appointment for Thursday and again received excellent customer service from John, the woman who schedules rides, the driver and the cashier. New breaks seem to be working well. I will definitely be back for any other repairs even my oil change. First time I receive this level of customer service in the last 6 years here in Houston/Sugar Land. Im highly recommend them. More

Waited for 2. 5 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. When I finally inquired about my vehicle I was told my service advisor had gone to lunch. My car was done, keys sitting on her desk for who knows how long. I will not return to Classic Chevy for service. More
