Purchased Chevy Silverado. Trade in initial offer was $20K settled on $24K. They never told me there was a trade in allowance from GMC for $2K. Why would they hold that back? Steve, my salesman, said I would be eligible for GMC 2.9% financing. Go to financing and they offer 7.9%. I have an 830-credit score. After an hour, settled for 3.9%. Lots of add ons you should say no to. Got home and didn't have a back mud flap on driver's side of my new truck. It's been 3 months, and they still haven't installed the part. Its $50 part. Unorganized sales staff, finance lost our payment, service was even worse. Brand new car in the shop when cameras & some safety features quit working.
