Had my car for 2. 5 months when I was originally told it would take 3-4 weeks. I understand delays, need parts shipped, insurance issues etc. my problem is the lack of 5 months when I was originally told it would take 3-4 weeks. I understand delays, need parts shipped, insurance issues etc. my problem is the lack of communication and updates. I was not contacted about my car unless asked over and over for updates. I would be told one thing over the phone and then get to the dealership and be told a completely different story. There were things not addressed in the 2.5 month span you had my car, so I had to bring it back and sit in the dealership for hours to wait for it to be completed. Additionally, I had a sealed package under the drivers seat of my car. When I got it back, that packed had been cut open, went through, and left in the back of my car. It was nothing of value, and the contents were still there, but it makes me question why someone would open something that does not belong to them. I’m cool with giving the benefit of the doubt, but the experience left a bad impression and I won’t be utilizing the services of this dealership again. More
