I took my 2020 traverse in for a shaking that was occurring. I was told that there was too much mud in my wheels which threw off the balance of my tires. They cleaned it up, balanced the tires and di occurring. I was told that there was too much mud in my wheels which threw off the balance of my tires. They cleaned it up, balanced the tires and did an alignment. They told me this solved the issue. After picking up the vehicle the issue remained and got slightly worse. My wife took it to Hometown Tire in needville to ensure nothing was wrong with the balance. Hometown tire diagnosed the issue as a transmission stutter caused by a failing torque converter. This solved the issue. I’ve been a lifelong Chevy loyalist. I’ve purchased 5 Chevy vehicles. This experience makes me question my loyalty due to service dept. More
