First of all Moises does a lousy job of responding to emails. Then he makes it sound like I’m not receiving the ones he does send. Even when he does email it’s a generic email. He never answers any questions. After Moises doesn’t reply I’ve copied the GM and the manager and no one replies. They have to have the worse customer service of any place.
