I was from out of town staying in Cleburne and called the dealership to address what I thought was a safety concern regarding the child seat safety clips. I was immediately accommodated, the staff was extrem dealership to address what I thought was a safety concern regarding the child seat safety clips. I was immediately accommodated, the staff was extremely prompt and professional. They located my safety clips and provided guidance, helped install the safety base for car seat, also did an oil change and serviced my car! I was in and out in about an hour!! (Someone needs to tell GM that those safety latches are hard to locate!! 🤪) But that was probably the best dealership service experience I have had in years. I'll drive back to Cleburne to do my servicing (plus I get to see my grandson!). Win win! Appreciate the customer service at Classic. First class all the way! More

When I started looking for a vehicle I noticed that numerous dealerships had grossly inflated prices over MSRP. I took note that Classic was not one of those dealerships. I called Classic of Cleburne and got in touch with Ayron who was more than helpful. I ordered my vehicle and she kept me informed through the whole process. When the vehicle arrived I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. There were closer dealerships but this was well worth the drive. Great dealership experience! More
