I had my 2023 2500 HD service today and was very impressed with the professionalism of all people I had contact with. The induction process was efficient and the wait time was minimal. Aaron in service is really good at getting your vehicle in and worked on. He keeps his customer informed and follows through on any issues you may have or that arises once it’s in the shop.
