I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by Aaron during my recent visit. During my appointment, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and was about to reschedule my oil change. However, Aaron took the time to check my service history and informed me that, after my third oil change, I would receive one for free. He also noted that I had only paid for one previous service, ensuring complete transparency. To resolve my issue, Aaron provided a convenient solution by offering to send me a payment link so I could complete the transaction once I got home. This level of customer care and problem-solving not only made my experience stress-free but also reinforced my trust in your dealership. Because of Aaron’s outstanding service, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here and plan to upgrade to a 2025 Terrain in the near future.
