We cannot say ‘thank you’ enough for the outstanding customer service we received from Brenda, Service Manager, and her team. We were traveling from Texas to South Carolina for my sister’s 50th high sc customer service we received from Brenda, Service Manager, and her team. We were traveling from Texas to South Carolina for my sister’s 50th high school reunion on Thursday/Friday before Labor Day. We experienced a blowout and the left rear tire was shredded to the rim. We finally got a tow to the dealership at 4:30 am after waiting 6 ½ hours for a driver. Mr. Ozzie was there and suggested we pull up to be first in line when the Service Department opened. When they opened, Brenda came out and immediately diagnosed the situation. We were convinced that the repair would likely take days to resolve. Brenda indicated that the weekend and upcoming holiday could be challenge. She and Jamison, the mechanic, candidly explained our options with no intent to oversell. The parts required were not in stock but that did not deter Brenda. After some research, she located the parts and had them delivered for Jamison to complete the repair. While we were waiting, Brenda arranged for Cameron to take us to get breakfast. In less than 4 hours, Brenda had us back on the road despite us showing up out of the blue with no appointment and not being local. I could not wait to write this review to acknowledge our appreciation. Brenda and her team certainly deserve recognition and are a shining example of what customer service should be. More
We bought a used 2017 Cadillac CT6 from a BMW dealership in June 2023. After a couple of weeks, the air conditioner stopped working. The BMW dealership only services BMW's so we took our car to Classic Cad in June 2023. After a couple of weeks, the air conditioner stopped working. The BMW dealership only services BMW's so we took our car to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. We expected the same type of service at this dealership as what we have received at other dealerships. We are a family of car lovers, and all have worked or still work in the automotive industry with 3 members having worked in dealerships. In the 2 months we have had this vehicle, it has been at Classic Cadillac 4 times all for the air conditioner not working. We purchased an extended warranty but have still paid out of pocket over $1500. The first time they did an evac and recharge with dye to find the problem. Two weeks later, no air, took it back and they found a leak. It took over a week to get the part and have the car repaired. They did another evac and recharge that we were not charge for. Approximately two weeks later, no air. We took the car back and they did a pressure test and found an issue with another hose and replaced that. They did another evac and recharge that we had to pay for since they said it was a different issue. A week after that, no air. Called on Friday and was told to bring the car Monday morning. We were told they possibly couldn't get to it until Wednesday. The car has now been at the dealership for a week. and we have not heard from Brenda, the Service Advisor, despite the fact that we have called and left numerous messages for her. This has been an ongoing theme with extremely poor communication and service. Our son was a certified Lexus technician and a Service Advisor and is shocked by the amount of money we have had to pay (he called it price gouging) with an extended warranty and the poor quality of service we have received. He never treated his customers in this manner, and we have never been treated in this manner by a dealership - let alone a luxury brand. Not only are we extremely disappointed in the problems with the Cadillac air conditioner (this should not be happening with a 2017), but more importantly we are disappointed and upset with the lack of professionalism and communication from the service department. We have had our car at this dealership service department 4 times in the past 2 months with air conditioning issues. We are thankful that we were provided with a loaner the 3rd and 4th time after begging, but we explained that we will be going out of town tomorrow and needed our car fixed or to find out if we would be allowed to drive the loaner outside of GA. Brenda, the Service Advisors response to my husband was that he could either just come get his car (with no air conditioning), or he could rent a car to take out of town. The times we have been able to talk to Brenda are because we initiated the calls. Our past experience is the Service Advisors are a liaison between the customer and the technicians and were responsible for keeping the customer informed of the progress. As of right now, and 3 phone calls and message today alone, we are in the dark as to whether our car has even been looked at. According to the warranty company, if we find that the issue with the air conditioner is different than either of the 2 hoses that were already replaced, we have the option to take the car to another service center to be repaired under warranty. This is definitely what we will be doing, and we will never use Classic Cadillac service center again nor would we recommend having a car serviced there unless there is proven improvement in the service department. Although I left a message for Brian Long on Wednesday, I did not work with him, but this site forced me to rate him as he was the only one listed. I gave 1 star not to rate him but to rate the service we received. I do not have any expectation of hearing from the Service Advisor and hope that the General Manager will provide a solution so that we can move forward. More
I would not recommend Classic Cadillac of Atlanta to anyone. I recently went to the dealership to purchase a new Cadillac Escalade. The salesperson I spoke with quoted me a price that is $40k higher than the MSRP for the Escalade. I did some research online and found that other dealerships in the area are selling the Escalade for closer to the MSRP. I also found several news articles reporting on price gouging at Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. I am concerned that Classic Cadillac of Atlanta is taking advantage of consumers by charging excessive prices for their vehicles. I believe that this behavior is unethical and harmful to the Cadillac brand. I urge you to do your research before considering buying a vehicle from Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. There are many other dealerships in the area that are more reputable and will not take advantage of you. I hope this helps! More

I have called and emailed for a week still no resolution or help to get the car fixed. Not to method the Motor mounts are bad so now I have to put $3,200 into a car I just bought they they said was Certified Pre Owned and had been through the multipoint inspection. I have reached out to the GM and Owner neither has emailed or called me back. Guess Soldiers don't matter to this dealership or making good on a bad deal. More
Very disappointed in trying to purchase a second car from them. Tom M should not be allowed to talk to customers. He’s rude, abrasive, ignorant. He told me it would be 32k over msrp if I paid cash, then told them. Tom M should not be allowed to talk to customers. He’s rude, abrasive, ignorant. He told me it would be 32k over msrp if I paid cash, then told me if I finance it’s $15k over msrp and almost 10% interest. He made it clear he thinks woman are stupid. My husband dealt with Tim before and we paid 5k over for my Blackwing. Repeat customers mean nothing. I’m in talks with Corporate and the role they play in allowing dealers to gouge after taxpayer bailouts. This behavior is disgusting! Look at other dealers and other brands before coming here. More
