What an amazing team. We live six hours away in Raleigh, and my wife was looking for a very specific (non-Cadillac) vehicle. I started working with Tim Goodale at that point. Tim sent me photos and kept me in the loop the whole time. They ran it though their shop, and installed new brakes, rotors and tires, explaining that every car that leaves their shop need to meet their standards. I feel like I bought a non-Cadillac vehicle, but got the full Cadillac treatment. Alex in Finance was great to work with as well. Tim made arrangements to have the car sent to me in Raleigh, and I received the car much earlier than expected and promised. I am so glad that I got this team to care of us. Great people all-around, a she LOVES her car.
