I purchased my vehicle out of state and Tony was on the ball the whole time. Khaled Haza financed my vehicle and was equally as GREAT! He was fast and got me great financing terms. I could not me more pleased with the communication and professionalism of Tony and his team at Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. Overall I had a great experience and love my new Cadillac!!! Classic Cadillac and Tony Marvin are great Tony Marvin and the whole staff there are the best! They got me a killer deal on a 2013 ATS and have treated me to great service ever since then. High Above the Rest! I have owned several types of vehicles purchased from several different dealerships, but nothing compares to my Subaru Forester or the service I have I have owned several types of vehicles purchased from several different dealerships, but nothing compares to my Subaru Forester or the service I have received at Classic Cadillac Subaru in Roswell, GA. I liked them when I bought my first Forester, I loved them after seeing how they handled a mistake that was made, and I have become a forever customer after my recent purchase. I will never buy from another dealership again! We looked at several brands of SUV’s and several competing Subaru locations (after settling on the Forester) and hands down Classic Cadillac gave us the very best price and value. It may be hard to believe, but they genuinely want you to be happy with the vehicle you own and the price you paid. About a year after I purchased my Forester, I brought it in for a routine oil change, and unbeknownst to me, oil was never put back in the car (the person that did that is no longer there and I am the only person that this happened to). I drove over 2,000 miles with no oil in the car. YES, you read that right…2,000 miles! What a testament to the quality of the car! It wasn’t until I got back from a trip to Florida that I started noticing a ticking noise coming from the engine. Fast forward and even though Classic Cadillac Subaru (and a mechanic friend I know) found nothing wrong with the engine, they replaced my car with a brand new one. A new car that was a year newer than the one I had, at no cost to me. They didn’t have to do this, but Brian Long (the General Manager) said to me “I don’t want you to feel anxious about your car, so your peace of mind is worth it to us”. Brian and the rest of the Classic Cadillac Subaru team are stand up people who do the right thing, even if it costs them money. It was that easy. No arguing. No hassle. They have won my business for the long haul and I am 100% confident that if a mistake or problem ever happened, they would make it right – and that’s all you can ask for or expect from a business. My husband and I just purchased our second Subaru Forester from them, and again we received top notch service. I would highly recommend Robert Hynson. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with and never gets flustered or stressed. We changed our mind three times about which Forester we wanted, and it never fazed him. We ended up ordering from the factory and he kept me informed and updated every step of the way. I always felt like I was the only person he was helping, although I know I wasn’t. I was treated like a VIP even though I was purchasing an everyday normal person type of vehicle. Eric Fritsch is the sales manager and even though he wasn’t always working with us face to face, he was always informed and could step in and answer questions if Robert wasn’t available. They really work as a team there and it results in excellent service and an excellent value. I would highly recommend them to anyone! More

We had an amazing experience from the moment we entered the showroom. Everyone was warm, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient (we had lots of questions). We leased a Subaru Forster. This car has many bells and whistles that we haven't had on past cars. When we picked up our car, Robert spent several hours with us going over everything we needed to know about our car. He helped us with the rearview mirror navigation system and the Bluetooth, and much more. He offered future help to us any time we might have a question. We felt that both Robert and Eric showed great concern that we should be happy and satisfied with our choices. We felt we had made two new friends by the time we drove away in our car. More
They gave me a good price and then met met the better price and extras I ask for. They also had to go 350 miles to get the Cadillac EXT I was requesting. I went to this dealership's website to view their inventory. Greg Dudevoir popped up and was able to collect my information. He let me know that I stood a chance with my trade-in.
