If you care about a service department, don't purchase your vehicle here. I took my Escalade in for service and had one outstanding item that needed to get fixed in the future. I have left several voice your vehicle here. I took my Escalade in for service and had one outstanding item that needed to get fixed in the future. I have left several voice mails to my service person with no return calls. She even provided me her cell number and doesn't respond to my text. She tells me she will get back to me, but never does. I left a message for the Service Manager to express my concerns, but he never called me back either. Horrible service and I don't know how they get away with it. In a world where service is the main factor, this is not the place to go. They need some 101 training over there! More

Unfortunately, of the 10 weeks that I owned it, the service department had it over half of that time. It ran rough and had serious transmission issues. The Cadillac manager said they would make it right, but making it right in his eyes was selling me a new Escalade. I contacted Brian Long, the GM and he informed me that in the 10 weeks since purchasing the vehicle, it had depreciated $4,500 and he was "willing to give me a $1,500 credit" towards a new Escalade!! I bet so. After exercising the patience of Jobe, I finally went to another dealership and traded the vehicle. It is not like I did not give them every opportunity to make the situation right. The vehicle they sold me should have been sent to the auction, but they chose to sell it. The last time it was in for service, I called Quinton, the Service Director, and told him it was still running rough. He said he would research it and get back to me. Have you heard from him? I haven't either! Not only did I buy it and the extended warranty at almost $4,000, they were paid $2,000 by GM to repair the transmission. They kept making money off of this sale all the while trying to avoid me and not taking any responsiblity. The only person who ever returned my call from this dealership was my service writer, Walter. It always took numerous calls to talk to anybody. After hearing the exasperation from the GM about my situation, he asked me what he should do. I told him to exercise the integrity and moral character that I practice in my everyday life and to treat me like he would want someone to treat his wife. He chose to do nothing. I say avoid Classic Cadillac at all cost. More

At first I was skeptical about the service department, but about 9 months ago, Q showed up & started kicking xxx & taking names in the Service Department. He personally takes care of me & my car now. Calls back when he says he will, follows through on action items, and even calls afterwards to double check! I finally feel like I own a luxury brand automobile! I can’t say enough good about Q, or my salesman, Patrick, who has also become a friend. I like feeling that I really do matter! More

Got my dream "retirement" Cadillac. It had just arrived at Classic Cadillac in Sandy Springs, Georgia. It was a leased CTS luxury car with only 22,000 miles on in and great condition. It had just arrived at Classic Cadillac in Sandy Springs, Georgia. It was a leased CTS luxury car with only 22,000 miles on in and great condition. Patrick Coughlin ensured we had a clean car to drive off the lot and changed the oil. Made sure we had good low interest rate financing and proper insurance on the vehicle. He is sincerely professional and would recommend to anyone. More
Unethicial If you have any negotiation skills do not go there, they operate the Bait & Switch tactic , agree to a price then come back a few hours later and say If you have any negotiation skills do not go there, they operate the Bait & Switch tactic , agree to a price then come back a few hours later and say they changed their minds and cannot accept the previously agreed to price. Website pics bated me in . . . Today was my first visit to a Cadillac dealership ever and it was one to remember. I went to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta on Roswell Rd today and left Today was my first visit to a Cadillac dealership ever and it was one to remember. I went to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta on Roswell Rd today and left disappointed and not sure if I will ever go back to Cadillac. I went to view a 2012 SUV that the GM owned/drove. Based on the pictures online, the SUV appeared to be in "excellent condition," as stated on their website in the first line of the description. The sales guy was nice and seemed sincere. As we approached the vehicle, the sales guy attempted to warn me that their's a flaw that he wasn't aware of. I opened the driver door and a hole is in the black leather seat. The rip/hole is about 3 inches and the white cloth underneath the leather is very visible. I told the sales guy that the seat is a deal breaker. I proceeded to look in the vehicle and I saw another rip/hole in the passenger side 3rd row about the same size. Really? Is this the type of vehicle that Cadillac sales? The sales guy searches for another similar vehicle, which is $10k more that what I went to spend. Then the sales guy informs a manager on site, who comes out to see the seats. At the end of the day, I drove 1 hour with the intent to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I walked away disappointed. If clean/clear pics of the holes/rips were on their website, I would've saved my gas and stayed home. From what I understood today, the GM drove this vehicle for X number of months/years. So at some point, the GM gets out of a vehicle, sees the holes and puts this vehicle up for sale without disclosing this type damage in the description/pictures? SMH I wish I could attach pics that I took today of these poor conditioned seats. The manager on duty came to talk with us and wanted to talk things through and see if we could come up with a deal but that didn't happen. And of course we haven't received a courtesy call from the GM or anyone above the two guys that helped me today. I was looking forward to becoming a Cadillac owner but my views are not the same after today. More

They both exceeded my expectations helping me with what I call David Goch and Jamin Workmaster made my car buying experience the best purchase ever! They both exceeded my expectations helping me with what I call my last car purchase! They really care about the customer and making them happy! Although this dealership is nearly 30 miles away from where I live, it was well worth traveling the distance and would not have a problem driving to this location for routine maintenance! I will definitely refer anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle to Classic Cadillac. I definitely received the highest quality of customer service from these two individuals!!!!!. More
