We had an amazing experience when we purchased our certified Escalade in July. We were offered a fair price, did not negotiate, drove 4+ hours to buy it and paid cash for the Escalade and extended war certified Escalade in July. We were offered a fair price, did not negotiate, drove 4+ hours to buy it and paid cash for the Escalade and extended warranty. But that is when some of the employees good customer service ends.. after they get your money. The points have not showed up on my rewards account for the purchase of the vehicle or warranty. I have left a message for both of the finance advisers to ask a simple question 4 days ago and have not heard back from either of them. I called back yesterday, the operator spoke with Joey and Joey said he would call me back.. still no word. I called again today it’s like pulling teeth to talk with someone. The sales managers voicemail is full, I asked to speak with Mr Long about the poor customer service and was told he would not be able to call me back. I called customer service for the rewards program and the gentleman looked up our purchase and put the points for the vehicle on my account immediately. He advised me the points for the warranty take 90 days to show on the account. When we buy our next Cadillac it will be where the customer service does not end when you give them your money. I told the operator today if I could not speak to someone I would post a review… all I wanted was to speak to someone who could answer my question. She said all she could do was give a message. Classic Cadillac lost our business over a 3 minute phone call to answer a question. More
Went there to buy a new Escalade. Do not buy a car from this company! They told me the vehicle would be $20k over sticker. I laughed! I got in my car and called Capital Cadillac in the parking lot of their this company! They told me the vehicle would be $20k over sticker. I laughed! I got in my car and called Capital Cadillac in the parking lot of their dealership. I asked them if they are marking up a new Escalade and they told me they do not sell cars over MSRP. So I drove over and bought an Escalade off the showroom floor and saved the $20,000 markup. This is a very bad practice considering I buy a new vehicle every year. Save yourself the shady dealings and don’t go there? More

bought a used car from CCofA; got the vehicle inspected, stated and showed the sales person the results of the inspection. They acknowledged they would "check it and resolve"... and "no reputable dealershi stated and showed the sales person the results of the inspection. They acknowledged they would "check it and resolve"... and "no reputable dealership would leave a customer high and dry with a issue". Right? CCofA did state they checked the issue in their service dept.... if that is the case how in the world am I getting the vehicle repaired for this issue less than 3 weeks after I purchased. Idk... If you care about a service department, don't purchase your vehicle here. I took my Escalade in for service and had one outstanding item that needed to get fixed in the future. I have left several voice your vehicle here. I took my Escalade in for service and had one outstanding item that needed to get fixed in the future. I have left several voice mails to my service person with no return calls. She even provided me her cell number and doesn't respond to my text. She tells me she will get back to me, but never does. I left a message for the Service Manager to express my concerns, but he never called me back either. Horrible service and I don't know how they get away with it. In a world where service is the main factor, this is not the place to go. They need some 101 training over there! More

Unfortunately, of the 10 weeks that I owned it, the service department had it over half of that time. It ran rough and had serious transmission issues. The Cadillac manager said they would make it right, but making it right in his eyes was selling me a new Escalade. I contacted Brian Long, the GM and he informed me that in the 10 weeks since purchasing the vehicle, it had depreciated $4,500 and he was "willing to give me a $1,500 credit" towards a new Escalade!! I bet so. After exercising the patience of Jobe, I finally went to another dealership and traded the vehicle. It is not like I did not give them every opportunity to make the situation right. The vehicle they sold me should have been sent to the auction, but they chose to sell it. The last time it was in for service, I called Quinton, the Service Director, and told him it was still running rough. He said he would research it and get back to me. Have you heard from him? I haven't either! Not only did I buy it and the extended warranty at almost $4,000, they were paid $2,000 by GM to repair the transmission. They kept making money off of this sale all the while trying to avoid me and not taking any responsiblity. The only person who ever returned my call from this dealership was my service writer, Walter. It always took numerous calls to talk to anybody. After hearing the exasperation from the GM about my situation, he asked me what he should do. I told him to exercise the integrity and moral character that I practice in my everyday life and to treat me like he would want someone to treat his wife. He chose to do nothing. I say avoid Classic Cadillac at all cost. More

At first I was skeptical about the service department, but about 9 months ago, Q showed up & started kicking xxx & taking names in the Service Department. He personally takes care of me & my car now. Calls back when he says he will, follows through on action items, and even calls afterwards to double check! I finally feel like I own a luxury brand automobile! I can’t say enough good about Q, or my salesman, Patrick, who has also become a friend. I like feeling that I really do matter! More
