We had an amazing experience when we purchased our certified Escalade in July. We were offered a fair price, did not negotiate, drove 4+ hours to buy it and paid cash for the Escalade and extended war certified Escalade in July. But that is when some of the employees good customer service ends.. after they get your money. The points have not showed up on my rewards account for the purchase of the vehicle or warranty. I have left a message for both of the finance advisers to ask a simple question 4 days ago and have not heard back from either of them. I called back yesterday, the operator spoke with Joey and Joey said he would call me back.. still no word. I called again today it’s like pulling teeth to talk with someone. The sales managers voicemail is full, I asked to speak with Mr Long about the poor customer service and was told he would not be able to call me back. I called customer service for the rewards program and the gentleman looked up our purchase and put the points for the vehicle on my account immediately. He advised me the points for the warranty take 90 days to show on the account. When we buy our next Cadillac it will be where the customer service does not end when you give them your money. I told the operator today if I could not speak to someone I would post a review… all I wanted was to speak to someone who could answer my question. She said all she could do was give a message. Classic Cadillac lost our business over a 3 minute phone call to answer a question. More
Went there to buy a new Escalade. Do not buy a car from this company! They told me the vehicle would be $20k over sticker. I laughed! I got in my car and called Capital Cadillac in the parking lot of their this company! They told me the vehicle would be $20k over sticker. I laughed! I got in my car and called Capital Cadillac in the parking lot of their dealership. I asked them if they are marking up a new Escalade and they told me they do not sell cars over MSRP. So I drove over and bought an Escalade off the showroom floor and saved the $20,000 markup. This is a very bad practice considering I buy a new vehicle every year. Save yourself the shady dealings and don’t go there? More

Service sucks. you can buy from them,but if you need something all you get is a recording and no call back. bought a used car from CCofA; got the vehicle inspected, stated and showed the sales person the results of the inspection. They acknowledged they would "check it and resolve"... and "no reputable dealershi stated and showed the sales person the results of the inspection. They acknowledged they would "check it and resolve"... and "no reputable dealership would leave a customer high and dry with a issue". Right? CCofA did state they checked the issue in their service dept.... if that is the case how in the world am I getting the vehicle repaired for this issue less than 3 weeks after I purchased. Idk... IJS More
