Although he was wrapping up with someone once I arrived he made sure I wasn't sitting around twiddling my thumbs and handed me the keys to take a look at it. He met me out there and was VERY accommodating to my family including throughout the whole process (I had my wife and kids with me.) Don was quick and to the point very friendly no pressure no cheesy sales tactics I never felt like someone was getting one over on me everyone there I communicated with as if I had known for years including the finance manager Dan.
