The service reps have always been very courteous and professional. If there is an issue no matter how big or small, they'll let you know and they don't pressure you to fix the issue immediately. Everything was great. From Ivan taking my info and truck back to the service department, to all the smiling people inside the dealership. The only peeve I have, is the 3% charge for using a credit card to pay for the service. You would think that a dealership with "Elite" in their name would be willing to eat the cost of their customers using a credit card to pay for services. Don't your accountants account for that in the overhead, or are the owners of the dealership that greedy that they can't forgo the credit card charge? More
