The service experience at West Point GMC is the best I’ve had in many years. They are professional, organized and very expedient. I had a full first service of oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and eve had in many years. They are professional, organized and very expedient. The personnel are courteous and helpful, this my fourth GMC vehicle and will be my last. GMC shows no loyalty to it’s customers.. the last several times I’ve turned in my vehicle for a new one I was told t GMC vehicle and will be my last. GMC shows no loyalty to it’s customers.. the last several times I’ve turned in my vehicle for a new one I was told the cars were in great shape with no visible damages. Then a month later I received a bill for damages. I can’t understand how the dealership said one thing and the company says something else. That’s not how you treat return customers. More
