Good luck trying to get anyone in the service department to answer a phone or return a phone call. Waited for months for service. I would try and try to get an actual person in the service dept to actuall to answer a phone or return a phone call. Waited for months for service. I would try and try to get an actual person in the service dept to actually answer the phone with no luck. Technician would not return calls. Kept getting forwarded to voice mailboxes that were full. Then came in person for service and was told they would call back when loaner car was available and then they never called back. I've gone elsewhere and won't be back. More

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Pam. There were things missing from my car and when I called the manager all I got was a sorry.
