I shopped at several Toyota places in the Houston area, before I found Classic Toyota in Galveston. The moment I met Charles Lozano, I just felt he was a sales person I could trust. He was very open and before I found Classic Toyota in Galveston. The moment I met Charles Lozano, I just felt he was a sales person I could trust. He was very open and friendly, and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He explained that at Classic Auto there were no dealer market "add-on" fees to drive the cost up over MSRP. I had already discovered at the other Toyota places these add-on fees were going to be thousands above the MSRP.......so that sealed the deal for me with Classic......and I ordered a car. It took several weeks before the vehicle was delivered, but it was worth the wait. I was very happy with the service I received, the price I paid, and the vehicle itself.
