Phone conversation with Phillip, new car sales. He had called me from an inquiry that I had made on their website. The website said to click for lower price which took me to an information grab. Filled out the form and that’s what prompted Phillip’s call. I asked what the lower price was, and he repeated the price on the internet. Every excuse in the book was given, but never a lower price. I asked to speak to the GM but was told that he doesn’t work Saturday’s. He also informed me that the internet price didn’t include over$2,000 in additional charges. Buyer beware, Phillip was very good at not answering questions and deception. More
I left my car for a week because indicator light was on they say it is ready picked up car get down the road indicator light on again. I have to take back next day. Go to pick up my car. And the trim is off on one side of car above tire. They ran my car thur wash and it came loose. They would not fix it for me but said it would be about 900. To fix. So I went down road to another paint and body shop to get a price. They are charging me for part 61. Only so please get prices somewhere else so you don't get ripped off. I had already spent 2600. To get car fixed. I will not take my car back to classic Buick again. More
Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73. Thankyou Tyler and thank you Classic for service above and beyond. More
