Excellent Had a problem with my 2014 cla and was just outside of warranty service manager Jake was very heloful. He contacted Mercedes on my behalf and was able Had a problem with my 2014 cla and was just outside of warranty service manager Jake was very heloful. He contacted Mercedes on my behalf and was able to get it covered at no cost to me. My vehicle was washed and parked out front for me when I arrived to pick up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone with a Mercedes. More
