Purchased a new bmw from them in February 2021 and had it delivered to Texas in early march 2021. Vehicle was damaged during the delivery (chip and scratch), informed the dealer contact during the delivery, delivered to Texas in early march 2021. Vehicle was damaged during the delivery (chip and scratch), informed the dealer contact during the delivery,was told to receive the vehicle and they will take care of the damage. As of this writing, still waiting on the settlement or any form of contact from this dealership(contaced the salesman mr moore, gm mr coffey,and manager barry numerous times but no callback) The worst experience at a dealership in my life. Stay far away from this dealership. More
Let me preface my comments by stating that I understand how busy the aftermarket auto business is at this time, 5/21. However, my experience with poor customer service began shortly after I agreed to pay full asking price for the vehicle + a non- advertised $489 paint treatment application. This is not the first time I have purchased a car and not the first time I have bought a car online. However, it took three days just to get the paperwork completed and then 8 more days to receive the car. During that time, I heard a lot of excuses, did not receive return phone calls after I was assured by two managers that they would get back to me. I was even told that the vehicle was on the way when it had not even been loaded onto the transport. According to the transport company, they picked up the vehicle a day later than I was told. As well, the vehicle was promised on a Wednesday night or Thursday and did not arrive until late Friday night. For a Mercedes dealership and Mercedes purchase, one would expect a little better service especially when paying a premium for a vehicle. I would not ever recommend doing business with Bowling Green Mercedes-Benz. More
Great experience purchasing a used CPO vehicle I was an out of state customer that was flying in to purchase a used X5 from BMW of Bowling Green. Stephen was my sales person and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I am very particular about my vehicles and Stephen made sure to answer any questions I had with full detail and clarity. Having purchased many many cars over the years from various dealers, it was refreshing to have a salesman not giving a run around and just be straightforward and direct. A+ for Stephen. Thanks again! That was nice because if someone tries to pressure me or change my mind with it is the best thing to do I would do what I have done in the past, in other situations, and just get up and leave. Stephen sold me on the car by just letting me explore and answered my questions and he was very attentive without being overbearing. I look forward to having a positive relationship with this dealer and employees. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE BECAUSE IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, THEY PLACE BLAME THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST SALE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE BECAUSE IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, THEY PLACE BLAME EVERYWHERE BUT THEM. MELISSA, MARK, BILL, THE GM ALL REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET ME THE PART THAT SAID WOULD BE ON MY CAR WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WHEN I PURCHASED MY USED CAR, I SENT A PICTURE TO MELISSA ABOUT A TAIL HITCH COVER PIECE MISSING, SHE SAID SHE WOULD PULL ANOTHER ONE FROM OTHER CAR, SUPPOSEDLY SHE DID AND THEN ONCE I GET UP THERE THE STORY TURNED INTO ANOTHER SALES GUY TAKING THE PART. THEY ORDERED THE PART WEDNESDAY, CAME IN FRIDAY, MIND YOU THIS IS A 1 INCH BY 1 INCH PIECE.... FRIDAY, SATURDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY GO BY, THE PIECE IS STILL NOT READY . ONCE IT WAS READY LATE TUESDAY, THEY PAINTED IT THE WRONG COLOR!!!! SO THEY REDO IT, NOW A WHOLE WEEK LATER, I STILL DONT HAVE THE PIECE. MELISSA THEN TELLS ME IT WILL BE HERE BY LUNCH, I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES TO SHOW THAT. NOW SUPPOSEDLY IT WONT BE HERE TILL AFTER LUNCH. AND FOR ALL THIS TROUBLE, THEY WANT TO HAVE MY OFFER ME A HAT?!?!?!??!! xxx IS THAT ABOUT? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AFTER THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD POST SALE AND DURING SALE AND THIS WHOLE MESS, ALLLLLL FOR A 1IN BY 1IN PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT COVERS MY TOW HITCH COVER. Brett and Bryan Denver could n This is my third vehicle from Luxury Imports of Bowling Green. I was looking to move from a 328 wagon back to an SUV. Brett and Bryan Denver could not have been more helpful! I am very particular about the features in the vehicle, especially the "Driver's Assist" safety features. They made every effort to find exactly the right size SUV, the X3 that had every feature I really wanted. Ron, the service manager has been so great over the years that I trust him to answer any concern I may have had. His patience with me has been amazing, even when I thought something was wrong with the air conditioning, when in fact, I simply had it set on the WRONG settings. Vlad, the young man who gave me lessons on all the electronics was also wonderful. He even came to my house, climbed a ladder to sync my garage door opener. I highly recommend Luxury Imports of Bowling Green for anyone looking for that perfect, quality vehicle from a local dealership that provides excellent customer service! More
