Exceptional Dealership We had actually called the day before to make sure the vehicle was still there. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Scott was awesome, Shaun was exceptional on the financing end of things. There was NO high pressure sales, NO haggling, just honest to goodness people. The Manager, Rick Johnson took the time to introduce himself and sat down and talked to us like we were the only people there. I am not one to write a review but these guys were all FANTASTIC! Some of the big dealers need to take notice of how these guys work. This is a class act if I've ever saw one. Thank you guys. Trade in and purchase of 2 new Mercedes While in for service on one of our vehicles, my wife and I noticed some awesome deals in the showroom. As we were nearing a good time for trade-in wit While in for service on one of our vehicles, my wife and I noticed some awesome deals in the showroom. As we were nearing a good time for trade-in with respect to the value and mileage on our existing vehicles, we began talking with Stephen Nelson and Rick Johnson. Needless to say, it took less than 24 hours to strike a great deal on two new ones. Stephen did a lot of legwork and help with the test drives and Rick Johnson was amazing to negotiate with. He is very knowledgeable and fair and made us feel so comfortable with the intricacy of it all. Shaun Duncan in the finance office was so courteous and helpful as well. There is no question with Rick at the helm and Stephen working that showroom that we will always remain Luxury Imports of Bowling Green and certainly Mercedes Benz customers.
