Emergency help Called at 3:45. I was a hour away. My battery was dead, I got a jump, then I wanted to head there to get a battery. Was told they close st 6, but that Called at 3:45. How the xxxx he knows what kind of income I make, like he wasn't interested at all. They gave me an estimate to repair my car, then came back with a different price, $300 more than the original estimate. When I went to pick up my car they didn't even bother to bring the vehicle to me. Supposedly they washed my car, but did a really poor job washing it. Made me feel like I was not important at all. I will definitely not do business with this dealer again More

After the deal is done, they are done with you!! Was referred by a friend who was supposed to get $100 referral check. Salesperson (Bill Moore) assured us she would receive it. We have mentioned it several times when going in for service. They just say it's "processing". We bought a certified preowned Mercedes, they sent us home with worn out tires, (partly our fault for trusting them), cheap new tires were later installed by the dealer. More

horrible dealership First car we bought was wrecked and no one told us.
