Last week my car broke down and I was never given a timeline of when my car would be fixed until I called after 4 days, it took over a week for an A service, a serpentine belt, some pulled and 2 tires. I was also left with a bent rim that they had “replaced” but not until I called to ask why I wasn’t informed I had 2 bent rims did the service person say “yeah, I thought you knew about that, I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t a big deal”. I would expect a shop to educate me on what’s up with my car as I am not a mechanic. These guys told me I was ok for a trip to Cincinnati. I literally asked the service personnel if the tires would be ok for a trip to Cincinnati. I made it about 100 miles before I had a flat ( I was on the highway and thank God no one was hurt and I pulled over right away) and that’s when I noticed the bent wheel after I supposedly just put $500 for a replacement. It actually worked out because I was able to go to a better service center and get tires and wheel repair so I am safe to drive my vehicle again. The tire shop said the bend looked old as there was no scuffing and the flat had around 20psi but the new tire would not hold air due to the bent rim that this service shop said was such a little deal that they didn’t even inform me about it. I asked for a call from a manager to see the bent wheel they had taken off my car as I suspected that the wheel was not replaced given that I was alleged to have 2 bent wheels but only told of one and was given a call from a service member. I chose to drive to Nashville when I purchased my car in 2013 because they wouldn’t work with me on $2,000, there was an identical car 40 minutes away for $2k less. I would recommend to go somewhere else, for me, I don’t have much of a choice because they are the closest. I have yet to feel valued or to trust this place even after over $10k in business over the last 6 years. Really, really poor experience for me and two weeks without my car for seemingly elementary mechanic work. More
