Worst Experience I’ve had the most atrocious experience with your service. You didn’t fix the car in first go, how hard it is to take a quick look to make sure the car I’ve had the most atrocious experience with your service. You didn’t fix the car in first go, how hard it is to take a quick look to make sure the car is working fine. I told the adviser about vibration on higher speed (needed wheel balancing) but he ignored it stating that it’s due to rust on the brakes which doesn’t make any sense. I drove the vehicle back to NJ and had to get it fixed in transit. Also you charged so much for labor (normally it’s $120 and lesser charge for installing a battery elsewhere) and they did a horrible job - I’m definitely going to contact BMW to see what they can do about it. It was a shock to find out that a coolant leak wasn’t covered under CPO plan - and again charged me for labor - I highly doubt that a leak was fixed and may need to get it assessed by a dealer here. Overall a highly unsatisfying experience. I hope I never have to bring the vehicle back to your dealership. More

Another Great Service Experience I have dealt with Ron McCarty ever since moving to the area in 2013. In fact, last Winter I bought this latest car, a 2015 650i xDrive, from this dea I have dealt with Ron McCarty ever since moving to the area in 2013. In fact, last Winter I bought this latest car, a 2015 650i xDrive, from this dealership knowing that Ron had overseen its intake from trade-in and evaluation as a Certified vehicle. That gave me peace of mind in the purchase decision. Here, I had oil/filter service done along with the 2-yr brake flush. No worries and the car was ready when promised. Ron can talk tech if you want to and that is great. He makes things easy to understand. Highly recommended! More
