A while back I set out to buy an M5 Comp, a car I've wanted for a long, long time. I knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed to find it. Unfortunately finding it proved to be a real challenge with dea wanted for a long, long time. I knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed to find it. Unfortunately finding it proved to be a real challenge with dealerships' inventories still being depleted by COVID shortages, and BMW USA no longer accepting special orders. I went to my neighborhood BMW dealership to see if they could help but they said I was out of luck... so it looked like I might not get the car I had wanted for so long. But that all changed when I called Classic BMW on the other side of Cleveland. Nick & Adam jumped into action, and 2 days later they found exactly what I wanted at a dealership in Cincinnati. The day after that they secured a trade to obtain the car, and 3 days after that I took delivery of my new car. I went from losing hope to driving my dream car in just 6 days. I was blown away. And if their diligence wasn't impressive enough on its own, they were also very accommodating throughout the entire process, working around my schedule and even picking me up when I needed a ride to the dealership (45 minutes from my house). To be clear, I am just a jeans & t-shirt "average Joe", but they treated me like I was their most important customer. It was the best experience I've had purchasing a car. Ever.
